New to Cornwall County Fire Brigade in August 1963 serving at Liskeard B3. It carried fleet number 506. Out of service by February 1985. Later used at Old Sarum Airfield as an RIV for the flying club.

Now owned by Tim Solomon, Stenalees, Cornwall, and undergoing restoration.
