New to Cornwall County Fire Brigade in August 1963 serving at Camborne A4. It carried fleet number 507. It was transferred to St. Dennis B15 in 1973, then to Mullion A13 by July 1974. Out of service by May 1981.

Now owned by Tim Solomon, Stenalees, Cornwall, and being used as a donor vehicle in the restoration of 152 TCV.
