New to Cornwall County Fire Brigade in May 1964 serving at Penzance A3. It carried fleet number 512. Transferred to Launceston B6 by January 1977. During its time in preservation, it was registered CSU 678, but has now been re-allocated its original registration.

Now owned by Andrew Coy, Stonham Aspel, Suffolk.
