Supplied new to Cornwall County Fire Brigade in July 1959 and allocated to station B12 Saltash, where it served until replaced by a long wheel base Austin Gipsy, 52 VRL, in January 1980.

Later sold to Falmouth Docks, where it was used as a combined Police/Fire vehicle, with blue and white chequers painted on each side.

It was sold out of service to the Secretary of the Austin Gipsy Register, who has just completed its restoration in the livery of Falmouth Docks Police.

Now owned by Mike Gilbert, Sturminster Newton, Dorset.
