New to Cornwall County Fire Brigade in July 1959 serving at St. Keverne A12. Transferred to Newquay A5 by May 1981. It had been sold out of service by March 1983, when it was purchased by the National Trust for use at Cotehele House, St Dominick, Cornwall. Unfortunately it has now lost its original number plate, and is now registered as UCR 934.

Now owned by Alan Oulton, Frodsham, Cheshire.
