New to Cornwall County Fire Brigade in May 1963 serving at Bodmin B1 and allocated fleet number 504. Transferred to Helston A7 by March 1983. Out of service by February 1985.

Now preserved by Oliver John Wilson, of Northallerton, North Yorkshire.
